Architectureweek 4.

So far definitely the most interesting. Debate London – 2012: What do you wish for London? A debate at the Tate with Zaha Hadid as the big name for the evening. I didn’t know most of the people on the panel before, but they turned out to be all well spoken and eager to discuss. I definitely can’t say that they where all bright… But it was a really interesting mix, and it was good enough to make David and me run home and get tickets for the following two debates as well! The event was in the turbine hall, everyone got two pillows on arrival, and then it was just to find a spot on the sloping floor that you liked. It worked really well, giving more of a picnic feeling to it than a really formal event! We are looking forward to tonight’s debate on sustainability, and the topic for tomorrow is “Can London be both big and beautiful?”
